Delivery of parcels from Spain to Ukraine and receipt of shipments from Ukraine – convenient, fast, reliable

In our store you can easily leave a parcel for sending to Ukraine or receive a shipment that was sent to you from Ukraine. We provide convenient conditions for sending and receiving parcels:

Parcel reception schedule:

Tuesday - Saturday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Sunday: from 10:00 to 15:00
Monday is a day off

Delivery from Spain to Ukraine:

The delivery cost is €2.5 per 1 kg. The cost includes all services, including transportation via Nova Poshta. If your parcel is going to Western Ukraine (Lviv, Chervonohrad, Sokal, Sambir, Lutsk, Rivne, Brody, Novovolynsk, Novy Rozdil, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, Drohobych), the cost is €2 per 1 kg. There are local delivery points in each of these cities.

Shipping process from Spain:

• Every Saturday, carriers from Ukraine come to our store.
• Your parcels are handed over to carriers and sent to Ukraine.
• Shipping to Nova Poshta branches depends on the region:
  • Western Ukraine receives parcels on Tuesday–Wednesday.
  • Other regions — Thursday–Friday.

Packaging requirements:

• Parcels must be well packed in boxes or bags covered with tape.
• The delivery address must be indicated on the parcel: city (town), Nova Poshta branch number, recipient's contact phone number, first and last name.

Remote shipping and receiving of parcels:

If you are far from our store and cannot personally bring a parcel for shipping or pick up your shipment from Ukraine, we will provide an alternative solution. By cooperating with UPS and Correos, we can organize:

• A courier who will pick up the prepared package from your address in Spain and deliver it to our store for further shipment to Ukraine.
• Delivery of parcels from Ukraine to your home in Spain through our store. After receiving the parcel, we will arrange for it to be sent to you by courier service.
